I completed the quest for this range item some time ago, but have since been using other range items(s).
I've had the charm banked, but noticed it was not flagged as No Drop.
I'm contemplating selling it, or transferring it to a (yet-to-be-rolled) alt or swap for a blightmetal bracer, but before I did, I wanted to verify that this questable item is intended to be droppable. It seems, with some occasional exceptions (e.g., RHLS), that most questable items are No Drop.
I didn't want to run afoul of any "exploit", especially since the quest is limited to be done only once. Can I safely sell/transfer this item?
