Was wondering if anyone had done any parsing of the proc on the Cleric Thaz bracer upgrade. Wiki doesn't do a very good job of outlining what exactly the proc does. Was just wondering.

No one has played with this effect? Can a dev possibly chime in and shed some light on it's capabilities.

Wiki seems to explain it pretty well, it reduces mana cost on your next heal but doesn't include relic spells except the group heal, so it's usefulness is pretty limited
