im fairly certain ive seen it for sale at one point...im not sure if its droppable status turned nodrop or people simply havnt been getting this drop while those that do havent been selling it in auction or something.

It is a rare drop(from my experience) off melwin and it is droppable.

yeah it seems too good to be true; probably shouldn't have mentioned it. Though it is unlikely i'd be able to go grab one pristine any time soon... would make the SK worth un-retiring though. Thanks for the info, i'll be looking out to buy it for sure.

It was nerfed along with the rest, wiki simply hasn't been updated.
It's DMG:12 DLY:20 non pristine now.
