Per wiki this npc gives 3 quest… Wyrm Heart, ore deposits and a third making boots for you.
I have completed the first two quest and when I hail him he does not offer up the third quest.
I am doing this on my lvl 65 gnome wizard and he is kindly faction in Thurgadin atm. Can this be looked into?
