Blackscale Warleader Mark

Hi,

I recently completed a few Blackscale quests, and when I chatted with Etzaazik, he told me I had achieved the rank of Warleader and that to receive my new aug I just had to hand in my Corsair mark. Unfortunately I didn't have my aug kit with me at the time, so I had to head back to Athica to get one. When I returned and handed Etzaazik my Corsair mark, now he just hands it back.

Is this a known bug?

Well, Etzaazik still refused, but I went over his head and talked to Tizakka in Greenmist. He was more than happy to give me the new aug.

So if anyone else comes across this issue, here's a workaround.

some of the CoI guys do that too. i think its just overlooked
