Blackscale faction

Hi I'm trying to get an Erudite on good terms with the residents of Grob. I'm dubious still to guards. I'm giving the guards their quest items and i'm getting a message back saying that my faction is improving with the guards and the denizens of grob, but inside grob the Master and his disciples are 'Glaring Threat..' they kill me everytime. Is there a way to improve my faction with them so I can get to the bank in my new chosen home?

PS I want to do this, because he's an existing character I'm playing alongside a new one. I want to develop them together in Grob if possible.
 
You can try getting an illusion of a Troll or maybe Iksar. Also there is some range item that casts Alliance. That might help as well. As far as a more permanent solution, I don't know of any because I didn't spend much time in Grobb on my monk.

So if I start on the MQ, will I be able to join up with Blackscale? I'm KOS to them still and the NPC outside Grobb has stopped accepting my quest objects.

Edit: I've been trying to locate a Chanter with SB Illusion, but no joy just yet!

You can go to heartlands and start the blackscale quest at any level I believe. You would need a higher level character to help if you have one but you'd improve your faction with them.
 
"master" and "disciples" sound like monk guild and you'll probably never be able to fix it without an illusion


as for the enchanter: Add Sarel & Zefar to your friends list and i'll probably be around sometime tonight not doing anything and can throw an illusion on you
 
My edurite wizard turned in a few grobb quest items and im CoI faction on him. I can walk freely in grobb except for the one troll merchant.

You must have not turned in enough froggy bits :) I also did all of the upper guk turn ins too
 
-Grobb Guards
-Grobb Citizens;
-Blackscale Legion;
are all different factions. All of whom you have to raise faction with independently. Though there is some overlap with one and two. Not every faction in a city will be affected by
your turn ins.

For example, my nec is loved by newport guards, can't buy food from newport citizens, and KOS in Silver Crown, clerical, and paladin type areas of newport. Well, I've done hand ins and quests for the first, ganked one of the second for good ole' Graldash, ganked a lot of church leaders and pallys for my pal G, and I'm Blackscale aligned.

If the mobs you name are monks guild, you may never be able to raise faction with them. They aren't especially friendly to iksar monks. If they are blackscale, you need to try the heartland slignment quests and get killing gobbies and spiders.
