blackscale basilisk quest

anybody know where i can find the greater basilisks in osm? i tried looking in the areas by the starfall zone and found nothing......i found the regular ones in the ne area but they didnt drop any tails

they will spawn all over that little pod the starfall gateway is in. you just have to kill everything you see since the spawn is random. yes, it takes a while. the livers make a sweet pie.

They're also hard to notice being of a color that blends with the grass a little. Indeed it's with the harpys, near Starfall zoneline, keep looking.
