Blackmaw Mining Pick

Soo uhh like what is Blackmaw Mining Pick for? It's not in the wiki and I have look at a lot of NPCs in Halas and none say or take anything with the pick.
 
I've heard it is for a Monk quest, but I haven't played a monk on this server so I can't confirm where it starts or what the reward is.

If you're referring to the picks that drop off the Gnolls in the tunnel on the top floor of Blackburrow, it's for the Newport newbie monk quests.

Sometime I'll get around to putting the whole quest into wiki.
