Better bow? Crippling or Arch?

What's a better bow for a Ranger that just got 65?

Crippling longbow (non pristine)
or
Telekinetic Arch - not on wiki, check my fomelo:

I was hoping to ride out the Arch till I got a better Tier bow, but could spring for a Crippler.

I'd start saving for a charm. Arch is a pretty good bow unless you can get a Crippler for cheap. Also swap your weapons around.
