Betraying Tesia

I have never posted before I sure hope this is where it belongs. I am a bit confused about Betraying Tesia. I just arrived in the Heartland Plateau and want to purchase the ring and circle spells. I am reading the Wiki and it seems to contradict itself. This note is at the begining of the walkthrough.

Note: Among the possible answers, you will have the option to notify each faction that you were sent covertly by Tesia and the Dryads to learn of their intentions. If you betray Tesia and the Dryads to any of the three factions, you will not get the 50K XP upon completion of the quest.

And yet this note is at the end.

Note: You may betray the dryad's trust at all 3 locations. You will still be able to buy the spells from the dryad merchant, and also gain the 50000 experience.

I am new to SoD so the 60plat would really help. However the experience and spells are the most important, and don't want to mess up my chances of getting them.

iirc, been awhile now. if u betray here idr if u get the exp iirc u get an alliance hit or something. but either way u can buy the spells still one way is just eviler than the other or something idr.
