best shaman?

so after rolling a barb shaman currently lvl 10 i have come to realize that i dun really get any starter gear...or at least i have found most other races for saman get decent quest's in the beginning zones. so i was just wondering hnestly if ishould re-roll as like a troll? ...the low night vision thing didnt bother me much and i have since picked up the infravision buff....but yeh...any advice would be appreciated ^^

Although I can't speak for the vah starter quests I can speculate that they are going to be pretty thorough and interesting. They also have the best racial bonus of any shaman, so I would recommend vah shaman all-around.
 
I would say the "best" shaman would be a vah shaman (no night time penalty to heals) and the second "best" would be an iksar (AC and a tiny bonus while sitting for regen). If you are trying to min/max, go for the vah, but otherwise, just pick what you think looks the coolest.

P.S. Frogs do a lot of flips when they cast, so that is pretty fun.
 
The backflip is reason enough to make every character possible a Froglok. Hands down!

farm a couple stacks of components* and sell them to players and buy the stuff listed on this link:

which will give you a full set of this stuff:

and you will be set.(I used this stuff till lvl 55)


*components being stuff like bone chips(probably the easiest), bat/wolf/spider blood, etc.
