Best 60 - 65 Rog wep

Ok soo im workin on saving up for a new rog wep.. got 2k so far gunna try to save about 5 K and i need some ideaa's... There is the Adamant Kirt Sec' Pincer ... everybody has one of those things lol...but i wanna see some other idea's in the 5 K range that might have a better Ratio.. or jsut some diffent enhancments or focus effects ... any idea's ?..
 
It will cost more than 5k, but you may want to consider Bonded Blade of the Torturer. I'm pretty sure it's still the best dropable ratio in the game.
 
I don't know of the ikisith loot but the best items you could have before were basically charged driveshaft or the bonded blade (the best choice). Summoned spear is actually fairly good too.
