This request is repetitively straight forward:
Open up Spell Casting Reinforcement and Spell Casting Reinforcement Mastery to every class for ten times the cost.
Spell Casting Reinforcement = This ability increases the duration of beneficial spells that you cast by 5, 15, and 30 percent for 2, 4, and 6 AA's
Spell Casting Reinforcement Mastery = This ability increases the duration of beneficial buffs that you cast by an additional 20 percent for 8 AA's
Simply open up the 2 AA's to all classes, that do not currently get the AA's for a higher cost. That would make Spell Casting Reinforcement cost 20, 40, then 60 AA's and Spell Casting Reinforcement Mastery Cost 80.
If it is not possible to make the same AA cost different, depending on class, then adding a new Beneficial Spells Duration AA for these classes that would increases the duration of beneficial buffs that you cast by an additional 50 percent that would cost 140 AA's would also suffice.
