Belt of Endurance (PoVa Endurance trial)

I realize this is a rather old item now, but I never noticed the class distribution was like this. Is not having bard listed on this item an oversight ? My intimate conviction is there are a few hints from useable classes that lead me to think they should be able to wear this belt, cause all other plate classes + the other melee classes that are RNG & ROG can, and bards would benefit from this item at least as well as the non-tank classes listed (like cleric).
