stats on this item are not growing, str+sta+int are staying the same while CHA/HP/Mana grow normally. Is this a bug or is it meant to be that way?

It depends on what the growth percentage is, and the initial stats..

it is a 10% so yeah ech of those stats should have gone a point up....right?

okey my math sucks, item is ok. I was confused because I see that when someone loots n item and becomes pristine(10%) all stats above 1 go up one point, well was thinking that this item all stats above 1 will go up... I just got things mest up nad I'm confuse about how growing items do. Sorry.
