Two quick ideas for 65 beastlord spell,

basically what I'm looking at is we want group shrink for beasts :( one way I think of accomplishing this is givng them sham spell OR

Relic Spell

Single Group Only Buff

Model Form is Mini-Werewolf

ATK +25
Stacked Haste: +10%
Criticial Strike: +3%


Now to balance it out so it isn't overkill you can add something:

Hate increase / Little DoT dmg but stays on 4ever / Reagant Cost: Peridots(10) / Maybe a short duration (Like cunning) with relatively high mana ~700 or so... / Negative to resists? / Insert balancing factor here /

I understand that hybrids dont get relics so maybe it could just be a normal 65 spell or something but just something I had been thinking about after having to click 36 people and 18 pets and shrink 1 x 1.
 
Whilst I would love a group shrink for raids, I also don't like our chances at relic spells.

One thing I would love if there was even the smallest chance though, would be for a relic pet. (Yes I know mages and necros are pure casters heh)

I think that would get beasties cheering all round. :)
 
Unless you get spells from level 1, you won't be getting relics. I don't really see why beastlords can't get Dujek's Reduction, though.

Sigh. Well, anyway, here are some interesting ideas for spells:

* Would be really cool to see a relic/ancient pet for a Beastlord.
* Or maybe a cold-based nuke, along the lines of what Beastlords already get.
* Or maybe even something incredibly justified from a RP perspective, like a Fear Animal or a Charm Animal.
* What about something innovative, like an Animal-only DD or DoT?
* How about a pet proc buff that has a Lifetap (to the pet or to the Beastlord) in place of the DD component?
* How about a pet-only HoT? Maybe only the Beastlord's pet, or even maybe any PC's pet?
* Heck, wouldn't it be cool if there was some updated version of Fleeting Fury, even? Something people might actually use?
* Here's another idea: a version of Incapacitate (lesser spell to Cripple, but the highest one a Beastlord gets) that generates very little aggro? This might give Beastlords additional utility on raids - get the mob debuffed ASAP, without getting said Beastlord instantly killed.

Just throwing out some ideas.

Each of those was an individual suggestion, open to any type of revision. Or outright rejection, or course.


If I really wanted to wish for something unrealistic, I'd ask for you to lower your prices? But we all know that's not gonna happen.
 
Hm really, before we talk about relics for hybrids, all hybrid spells should be overviewed. i.e. from my Ranger view: we have very very little use for our spells on raids (and imo a relic should be useful on raids, esp. if you only get one). Only thing I could think of would be a nuke with WAY less recasttime to actually increase dps, or a really useful buff. Other classes I would think of would be SKs. Another aggro-spell? Dont think they need it ;)

beasts on the other hand have by far the most usefull spells on raids of all hybrids. Beefing them up would need other classes to be rebalanced imo.
