Bards ?

Other than mods what effects will be needed on bards. I know attack, and range increment helps. At t-8 and up what should bards be looking for besides mods, thanks.

Damage Increment for your procs
+Bane / Bane Enhancement
Magic Focus
+1HS / +Dual Wield / +Double Attack
+Dodge / +Riposte / etc

But i suck

Range inc only effects clickies iirc. Channeling is a big boon for the extra spell crit which effects songs/bellows.

Acumen is useful, anything to make you tankier/more durable is useful. Wrist procs, -aggression, and bane damage are all useful.
