The bards level 11 song Cinda's Charismatic Carillon is a faction song but I believe they still aren't working. I was wondering if it would be possible to change the idea of the song or add to it. I thought it would be cool if using the song on a mob would effetivily raise the charisma of the bard to that creature lowering the resistances of the bard songs.
