I went to the effort of raising h2h to max and had a fun conversation with wiz about how badly h2h dmg sucked (I play a rogue.) Here's the info I got:

I cant verify or confirm that any of these numbers are currently working in-game. There was some threads that pop'd up about lvl 1-10 newbs doing more damage with their fists than with weapons after I had this conversation. So its possible that h2h got changed again.
