Bards and Focus Effects

I was just curious as to whether focus effects are coded to affect bard songs. If so, great! If not, do "Bard Mod"s on items compensate for this? As in, does the 2.4 Bard Mod affect duration and range? Thanks for any replies.

They don't, but they're balanced for the modifiers that do exist. There's no range modifier for bards.

Yeah, I know that's not item-specific, as this guy's query seems to be pointed. I just thought I'd mention it's the only way to increase bard song range.
