Bards and Dex

I don't play a bard and do not plan on starting one any time soon, but after glancing at the bard guide on the wiki by Rrowrr, I wonder if Dex is indeed important for bards in regard to playing songs--at low, mid, and high levels

I've never felt Dex as exceptionally important. Missed notes (and I'm not even 100% that it's applied to missed notes) are not devastating at all. It takes a fraction of a second for a missed note to happen and to recast it.
