Bard spell focus?

Alright I have a question about the bard spell focus songs, I get the basic idea of spell focus, it's fairly obvious. What is not obvious however, is what the different songs do exactly. There are what, 3 or 4 spell focus songs at 60+, and the wiki has very poor descriptions for the differences, Rezlona's Decant of Unbinding (62) is "15-2" while Sivyana's Wail of Affliction (64) is "10-3", for example.

I gather that different songs focus spells of different elements, it's just....Well what the hell does 15-2 and 10-3 mean exactly?

Anyways, I tried searching and didn't find anything so thought I'd ask. Thanks for any help!

Ahh, so that makes sense then kind of. The 15-2 means a 15% increase to spells like cleric undead lines, etc? So the lack of a second number just means general nukes?

Just as a side note: Relic: Fiery Warcry of Tarhyl affects dots, direct damage, and bane spells.
