Bard songs, spell crit foci, and you

I would assume that spell crit focus effects do not affect bard songs, but can anyone either confirm or deny this? I know most other foci do not affect songs, but really was not sure on spell crits since not as many items had them and bard mods do not affect crits.

No any worn foci will not effect bards.
