Bard song for reducing aggro radius (Harmony)

Is this song supposed to reduce the aggro radius for a mob?

I noticed it says Increase Frenzy Range and Increase Harmony... Aren't those the opposite?

Should it be Reduce Frenzy Range?

Those labels are misleading, because it works on percentages.
Increase Frenzy 50 would actualyl reduce aggro range by 50%, while 130 would increase it by 30%.


Those songs/spells/effects are all working properly.
