Hi all,
I have a question about a bard and druid duo.
What is the better strategy:
Druid Kiting:
Druid does any tanking necessary
Druid Snares
Druid DoT's
Bard is just there for buffs
Pros:
-able to take down yellows easily
Cons:
-sacrificing the bards weapon skills (as they don't get used)
Bard Tanking:
Bard Tanks
Bard DoT's
Druid Dot's
Druid Heals Bard
Pros:
-The bards weapon skills get practiced
-able to take down yellows
Cons:
-"seems" like more downtime. - not sure.
These characters are both only level 4 right now, so its a good time to switch up strategies if I need to.
I am more familiar with playing casters, so I am more comfortable using the druid to kite at this point.
Thanks for the advise,
Lumien
PS - Soon after I posted this, I took some risks and found that I could take 2 or 3 yellows pretty much in a row with the bard tanking before I needed to med for my druid. Is this tactic of the bard tanking good through higher levels?
Thanks.
