Hey I was gonna do one of the armor quests for my bard and shaman that are around 1-20 and I cannot find any of the NPC's that start it. Sollari Bekines and Balgros McMichael and I searched both areas of where they are for 2 hrs and unless they are behind a locked door....are those quests gone?!
