has anyone ever said anything about the sound this song makes? it makes an annoying casting sound every 5 seconds and more than once has a grouped asked me to stop playing it because they hate the sound of it, this makes me sad.

Hrm. Never played with sound on. But the upgrade to it (Song of the murk)'s old graphic was this SPAM OF BUBBLES that made it impossible to see for anyone around you. It was AWESOME.

No one ever complained about the sound, because the song was never used. I am glad the Murk upgrade is usable.

It's raid wide, is a bigger proc, and has a small ds. With pot4/mots being nerfed, and resists not that big a deal in ikisith, it gets a fair bit of play.
 
ok i understand where you guys are coming from for the murk spell its pretty obvious,
but i guess this is more for anyone who doesnt have it yet .
 
The sound this makes is horrifying. And while we're on the topic, the Magician's water form AA makes a similarly obnoxious noise complete with blinding particle effect. I like to play with the information both sounds and particle effects give to a tank or debuffer, but I also feel bad asking players to just not use what should be a cool spell they had to kill a big bad or invest a lot of AAs in to get, so maybe these things that go off every few seconds could be made more subtle.
