EXACT NAME OF QUEST NPC: Primalist Vylva in Halas
WHAT STAGE OF THE QUEST YOU ARE ON: I have completed 8 out of 9 of the quests for this NPC, who is the BAR BST guild master.
YOUR OWN SPECULATION TO THE PROBLEM: on completion of each of the eight quests, you get the message: "Your faction standing with Spirit Walkers has gotten better!" BAR BST's start at apprehensive, for their own GM. After completing eight of nine quests for the GM, I am still at apprehensive (have not ever taken any negative faction hits).
I presume the faction for BAR BST may be broken. Even if it is supposed to start at Apprehensive, it probably should not remain so 8/9ths of the way through the quest line.
