Dunno what happened or how it happened. I for some reason got petitioned by someone, possibly Sinnious who I dunno for what reason why she petitioned me, but apparently I was harrassing someone. GM-Rabb would NOT hear my side of the story instead he stopped taking tells.
Basically heres the story, I like to roleplay a Paladin at times, this player named Sinnious I believe, asked me for help on how to get to Erudin, then to Warrens, then to shrouded isle. I told her if she needed anything say a rez or something, id give one to her.
So while doing my farming *I farmed for 4 days straight for hours on end* Sinnious kept talking to me, she talked bout stuff with me, didnt really care much was trying to farm, we got into a little RL stuff, all well and good.
See when farming in the isle I CONSTANTLY do a /who to see if any competition arrived, I kept noticing that Sinnious and her friends were not in the zone, so I always popped a tell to ask if she might need a rez. Since I was also farming to possibly find drops for her and her group for the Ancient quest, I eventually gotten a bracer and gave it to her.
During some of this GM-Rab accused me of "Harrassing young girls" apparently he doesnt read any logs, I was not harrassing anyone, hell I barely talk to anyone anyway except the people I buy armor from. He threatened me that if I wanna keep my account id stop harrassing, I told him I didnt know what he was talking about, and that I do have a girlfriend.
So I guess talking or being friendly is a bannable offense? I never knew, if so big warning guys, if your nice to a lady and she petitions for god knows what reason youll get banned. Wasted bout over 3 weeks for nothing, I really liked SoD and worked EXTREAMLY hard farming for money to buy armor so I can continue leveling in this fun version of EQ. But if its gonna have GMs who are Ban happy without doing any detective work or wanting to hear the others story then I want no part of it.
You guys made a great Emu server, but your gmship attitudes absolutely fails im sorry but I agree with alot of people when they say "The gms only ban or jail when they are in bad moods." I feel increadibly wronged when I done nothing to hurt anyone and I been all but nice.
