Any reason there can't be a box you can buy in the house that gives you a box you can dump any item into and get at any time after that? say 50 slots or something make it cost 10k? Sort of like the Listsold system box's?

Non donators can use 1 listsold box, or in this case if it ware made 1 bank space box. Once you donate you have many more slots for utility box's

The reason is that houses are per account, and I really don't like the idea of having your lvl50 alt wearing your old ToT gear.

That is indeed a good reason, but there must be someway to limit the bank space box's to a toon!
