Since it's so nifty to be able to fomelo your characters, is there any chance a fomelo for your bank could be set up? It would really help to manage bank inventory and quests, and provide a quick lookup for those instances during looting when you ask yourself "do I already have this?".
 
Could you elaborate? Is it a matter of being too much work/likelihood of not working correctly, or some other reason?

Curious because I could see it being useful and don't really see anything that would make it "awful".
 
I was wondering if we could have chat conversations accessible through Fomelo, it would really help me keep track of what I've talked about in the past.

Because having people send me questions about selling shit in my bank or doing my tmaps would be awful? If you want to help your guildies maybe create a collective post on some forum or actually talk to them. Its not that hard to remember that XYZ Needs their sextant.

How many times do you really have to ask yourself if you have this item. The only scenario I have ever done this was emberflow fragments because it was so long ago that I actually cared about them.


I cannot see any scenario where this is useful unless you literally have memory loss.

Pretty much. What is the point of implementing something thats sole purpose as far as I can see it is player forgetfulness.
 
Inventory fomelo would make clicky carrying unquestionable in terms of Top 5 because I know you are all lying, cheating scumbags

Just badger Thade into a whole new colored * system for individual clickies and show them to him in game. I KNOW he'd be ok with it. I have his phone # if anyone needs it...
 
I'm not much of a RP type, but it just feels weird for others to be able to see my bank contents.
 
I don't want certain people having access to knowledge about what my character needs to progress in certain things because there are people who will literally put forth great effort to shit on others. So even if this was worth the time there would need to be a privacy function.
 
The other downside is my guildies would know I was lying about how far along on a quest I was when I was just feeling lazy that day, and didn't feeling like camping Sparky the Wonderhedgehog for umpteen hours waiting for him to drop the heavenly spackle of questing so I could finish that Vah step, because they care more about my character progression than I do. I just want to push buttons and play sometimes. . .
 
My banks are mostly full of corrupted blood and books, and I'm pretty comfortable with you knowing that.
