Banfest questions

As for the Banfest i think its a pretty good idea But when happens when you get banned is the whole account banned or is just the certain character? or the IP address? Also are these bans perminant or Temp or Pending? any info on these questions would be nice thank you!

Your entire account gets banned for almost any violation that isn't the naming policy. If you break the rules, you can fully expect to be banned permanently. Stay in line during Banfest.
