bane damage items

didn't want to post stuff like this in the sticky since it's asking only for incorrect tagged mobs, but i had some thoughts about the current bane items

major lack at high tiers. items like dhuro, scales of the fallen, and latent wisp of fury, which used to have bane mod, now do not have any. also literally only one (flowing bloodmetal barbute) of the items from any t13 mobs (rujik, sharn'ree, blazewind, or taeshlin) have bane mod. (darkened galaxy-etched bone, undying loyalty, eclipse, the matron's grasp, elael's crown, cycyl, scorched wind band, fel'talla, strands of severed fate etc)

are we to assume the banes haven't been added for that tier yet or should we farm lower tier items for them?

also bane damage itself seems to do nothing. i don't see any noticeable difference, as opposed to before when even 1 or 2 bane damage was noticeable. is it bugged or is this how it will be?
 
A few items that had bane damage prior to the patch still need to maneuvered over. If you have an item that used to have bane, hold tight for now.

From the patch notes. Dhuro, scales, wisp, are probably being worked on. Im assuming the bane not working for other things is a bug
 
The patch notes indicated not all items with bane were added yet especially items that used to have bane will have bane again in an upcoming patch.

But I have also noticed that bane damage isnt working. Swapping out +10 bane and my melee parses are actually slightly higher without the bane, whereas before with 8 bane the difference in melee output was like 40%. So ya, while the bane types and bodytypes match up, somewhere in the code its not upping melee damage like its supposed to.
