bag in bag bug - lost items

I had this bug happen a while ago and I lost my 1 handed weapons stored in the giant burlap sack. I thought I had just vendored them, until I realized one was no drop at the time, so that is impossible. I have a screenshot of me using the weapons (but not with their names), as well as the bug occuring and my bag empty afterwards. Would there be record enough of this happening to replace them?

I only thought about this today because one item that dissappeared I wanted to use today, my slavemasters whip, and I thought it might have gotten upgraded since some giant stuff was.
 
I had the same problem with the runetoken bag from athica. It kept popping up in weird places such as my secondary slot when equipping a 2h, or inside another bag deleting all the tokens inside, so I just stopped using it because it seems to be very buggy.
 
This was taken care of by Kas. I did not know the bug deleted items in bags.. and this bag is where I kept all my extra equipment. I quit playing for a bit shortly after so who knows what else I lost, but I don't care because I don't know what else there was :p
