Bad Username/Password

I recently fresh installed EQ... I ran the SoD patcher with no problems and got to the log in screen. I first got the error and figured no problem I'm sure there are help topics. I opened up the ports required but am still getting the error. Anyone have any idea on what else I could try?

Are you 100% sure you are connecting to SoD and not live?
Open up your eqhost file what are the addresses for the servers in there?
