bad usernam/pass

hello im new to the forums and just know finised the steps to instal the server patch and stuff and i try and log on and it says bad username and pass how do i fix this ?
 
ahh does this happen couse that patch that happend in live awile back or something
 
i followed all the steps and read the rules and let eq patch up to date like it sayed but this link on the page didnt work the one to create a login account
 
Im getting Bad user name password too

im getting bad username password too but only mine does it some of the time and other times it logs right in...what do i do?
 
people people.. patience. it will be up when its up.. these things cant be given a time.. thats like saying how long it will take you to solve a puzzle.. come on now.. its just a small break. we can all handle it.. *scratches* i believe *twitches* we can all do it=)

i bet they are wanting to get it back up and running just as much as we all do=)
