Bad guestlock password

Last night I applied guest lock to 3 of my toons. All are working fine but one. I must have Fat fingered the password are something. Every time I try to unlock it or remove it I recieve a message
"Wrong Password. Guest lock has not been disabled."
I did I good one I tried using both cases just in case the CapsLoc was on but no GO.
I am the orginal owner of the toon and can be reached at the email address listed on the accout.
oh yea the name of the toon is "HAYDEZ"

Please tell me I didn't just distroy a toon?

I found my problem.
While creating the guestlock I some how left one letter out.
So it was in fact my goof.
