Backstab mods and what it really does.

I have always been curious as to what the +backstap mods do overall. Does this mod only help with accuracy or will it increase damage only or will it do both to some degree? I would hope a dev could confirm this cause i and im sure other rogs are curious.

skill mods, as far as it seems with defensive and offensive (1 hand slash, 2 hand slash, bash etc) work on an accuracy level. For defensive skills, it adds to how much that skill goes off, for offensive skills, it seems to effect if you hit or not.

is there any cap of those(like dodge , parry , backstab , archery etc...) mods. I ve searched & couldnt find info about it.

I seem to recall it being like +25 total

I too recall the cap being +25.

Big question is, how much does this mod do?
Eg +5 = +1% damage / accuracy, +2%, etc.

Any chance you'll let us know the formula (or at least close to what a +1 or +5 w/e mod actually does)?

mods are supposed to stack up to +25, right? So why does it seem i get no difference when i equip both a swordsman charm and emblem of the knight with a 2h Slashing Weapon?

what do you mean 'get no difference'. are you parsing? would help to post those. it would not be visable just watching your hits.

i am not parsing... but when i mean no difference, shouldn't there be a bigger atk difference when both are equipped? I currently only see one boost in atk and that's it.

ATK does not show up correctly clientside because the client is dumb. Total cap on +skill mods is 25 per skill.
