Backspace Key workaround

I don't have a working backspace key on one of my SoD laptops. This means I cant switch to different accounts on that computer because I can't get rid of the username that automatically shows up on the login screen for SoD. It always shows the last account name logged in. Prior to 2.5, I got around this issue by deleting the info in the equname file before I ran the patcher. This method no longer solves the problem with the switch to 2.5. Luckily, I logged in my main on that computer first, but I would like to be able to load other accounts on that computer. Anybody have any ideas as to how I can solve this?

Delete key instead?

If you hold down shift while using the arrow keys it will move your cursor over. Assuming you have a delete key you can then erase the name from the frontside.

Also, eqlsPlayerData.ini is where the login name is saved now:

Thanks! This was the fix I needed, just delete last username before I run the patcher and everything works like a charm.
