Please use smaller avatars. Say, 50k is plenty, with any over that limit completely at our discretion, not yours.
We were having a few come in at 200k+ and 50k is plenty.
Also, use your noggin. If the thing is most likely offensive to several folks, think again. This isn't your bedroom wall.
If you find your avatar changed, feel free to pick a new one that follows these general guidelines. Don't be brainless and just select the same old one we changed.
