That would be a good option for those between old skool and new skool.

If the old skoolers prefer the classic way, they could do that if they wish to. But there are players that likes the new way and I am one of them. I'm pretty sure others are too. There's nothing trivial or overpowering about autostand in my opinion. It's just a feature.

I am kind of disappointed at the reaction proposed changes get from other players.

This is one of the laziest things I've ever heard.

My idea got called lazy and stupid, and shot down rather brutally.

I have no qualms with letting it go, but I expected this community to be more friendly, I didn't expect to be barked at just for expressing a legitimate suggestion.

I think these comments are not directed at you Sanyia, I think it is more directed at the people who are fighting for this idea to happen right away. I think to have this put in is fine, but right now the devs are doing alot of other really big changes, and I for one don't want them to stop. This is an idea that is a nice little thing to have, it's not something that seriously must be considered right this moment, so that's why I believe Kas's and rabe's comments were put that way, )however they can defend themselvse =p) not directed at one person, but at the fact that this is being fought for over other larger changes happening. ]

WR forums isn't always super polite. At least there is harsh punishment for trolling and anything else of that form.

My comments come because I always though live became very babied. This, in my view, is one of those babied things that definitely does not need to be on WR. I don't mean to attack you, Sanyia, and I'm sorry if you took it that way.

No worries, and no offense taken, I just felt a bit shocked at the knee-jerk reaction.

I come from 5 years of Live, everything is new and exciting again! But at times I kept stumbling on the hem of my robe (forgetting to hit stand before casting). :lol:
