Ok, ive came to notice that at any given moment there is some jerk thinking its funny to FD or what not in bank doorways, i was wondering if it would be possible to add like a trap (that cannot be disarmed) that will automatically cast shrink on someone when they pass the threshold of the door. I think this would be a good idea personally.

Couldn't they just code it to be not able to be disarmed?
along with FD.. I hate it when Ogres or Trolls stand in the doorway.
Sometimes its because theres so many people they can't get in anymore.. but stil annoying.
Specialy at Athica... so dam small in there.

If I ever see a big guy banking I always offer then a shrink spell. Heck I have used Shrink on Nabal a few times to bank because the back was so packed.
Or you could use make it so that you don't need to be in a group to shrink someone...
Or cast illusions. It's not like illusions hurt anyone, its easy enough to click it off if you don't like it.
I'd love to be able to use my dwarf illusion clicky to get idiots that block doors out of the way.

It seems like I had more banking troubles on Live then I do on here. That may be the fact that I actually had money on live. However, I have not really encountered many problems when trying to get to a banker. Maybe just have another house in Athica to bank at. Could always bank in Sadri or Erudin. Both of those zones would love to have your business.

There was a Gnome Illusion clicky earring at one point, and it was made group/raid only as a result of this thread.
As for shrink, imagine someone running around shrinking people in Stormkeep. (If this doesn't mean anything to you, get gnome illusion and go try to explore the city.)

There have been threads ages old about making illusions and shrink and summoning items group only. You can go do a search and find these and read the reasons why they were put in place.
As for the shrink, it can most likely be put in to auto cast w/o actually putting the trap itself in, as trap NPCs are merely just summoned for the convenience of being able to disarm a scripted event that has nothing to do with the trap in the first place.

Hell no!!! to the illusions. I only play taldorian, I don't play certain classes because they cannot BE taldorian, and there is no way in hell I want to be bothered with the legions of click happy jackasses that seem to spawn like rabbits when such things are implemented. See Iae's previously mentioned ancient posts if you even BEGIN to doubt that it won't be like that.
Sadri does not want you, either. The bank is tiny. If your problems are caused by the same AFK ogre ass that tried to block Sadri for 3 days, whose name starts with a P, well then, we do not require additional coding, we already have a means. it is called /petition.

I tought the suggestion was a mean to shrink, not illusion...
i think shrink would be acceptable compromise if the situation cant be solved with normal way... like asking kindly the size handicaped person to move a little... or /petition for known funny guy that purposely block the way...
its part of the game to have different size and city built around the size of its original race... <-- if that sentence make any sense... so yeah, banking in sadri for an ogre is somewhat complicated...
