Auto kick!

why does auto fire exist and yet auto kick does not?

i don't really see a difference between the two....
 
i definitely like to time my bashes.

kicks, not sure, as a SK i can't kick, lol
monks need to do their combos now, so they maybe they want an auto round kick, but i'd want to mix it up a little.

bows, i can fully understand.
 
Your argument is kind of the same as saying since auto attack is there then auto kick should be too. Autofire is just ranger's auto attack.

Plus don't you have to time kicks a lot of times to try and interrupt spells or do people just spam it for DPS / procs? Either way it's a button you get to press every 10 or so seconds and that's what we're all here to do! PRESS BUTTONZ.
 
If auto attack is removed I'm billing Cless for the cost of a new keyboard every week after I wear it out from smashing my attack button.

You can't get out of this one Cless you're gonna owe me stacks of $$$.
 
this is a terrible suggestion and would mean monks have absolutely nothing to do while in combat other than click dps clickies once in a while

When autofire came out, I was angry. I thought "damnit, now lazy people are gonna start playing rangers." Then I used it and thought, "Shit, I can be as lazy as some of the other classes!"

Long story short, keep autofire.





As for auto-kick, it is supplemental, thus should be a button to push.
 
when the hell did i say dash or round kick? pretty sure i just said kick... and my button pop every tick or so.... i have to press it more then any ranger not using a quickshot short bow had to press ranged attack.

lucky for you your boot proc is meaningless in any situation there's a healer around so you get to rest that tired finger like 90% of the time.

If you take away pressing the same few buttons over and over there isn't much left here. As a beastlord you have more buttons than most to press between spells, stupid short duration buffs, kick, and all those active AAs so maybe that is your frustration. You could have instead rolled a rogue and counted the seconds between backstabs while furiously fapping to your combat spam. That is what rogues do, right?

P.S. Doomswarm is no longer a butter-knife being used as a screwdriver since the BEES! change. Now it is more like a beautiful high performance vehicle that does not fit in your garage.

FYI, this isn't something I contested. Although, there are quite a few bows that lead to pushing faster than you think. Especially with haste.

The key is SUPPLEMENTAL dps. As in, it isn't the entire basis. An example of supplemental dps for a ranger would be casting icerend between shots. Thus, I equate you pushing kick to me pushing my nuke button.
