There's a new worm out there which in some ways is similar to the old blaster fiasco.
There has been a patch available for 4 days, so if you haven't updated since then I suggest you do so now. If your system isn't covered by NAT/firewall, chances are you'll get infected within the next few days if you haven't been so already.
