Atk buff stacking, SV and Thaz fire ring clicky

Currently, the clicky on the Flame Touched Band (Flames of Rage) overwrites Spiritual Vigor. Could the slot for this spell effect be changed, please? IMO, a 10 min reuse clicky shouldn't be overwriting a long duration buff like SV.

Also, the ranger wolf illusion AA, Guardian of the Forest, doesn't stack with Savagery. I'd like to see this changed if possible. I can see the counter argument to this (both are short duration buffs), but it would be nice to be able to use this nifty AA even when I have a beastlord around.
 
Just checked parser about it, Flames is indeed a raw atk buff that could rather overwrite savagery (its main component being atk) than SV.

About the second, the ranger AA...much more arguable :) It 'd be overpowered to leave them both stacked.
