Assisting The Centaur Quest Issue

Is this quest broken atm? When I talk to Warden Tarval, the dialog works fine but when I try and speak with Helleron of the Plains he just says, 'Hrrm. Please do not disturb us, ((Your Race)). We have had enough of strangers lately.'.. Do I have to manually type the next bit of dialog or something? Thanks in advance.

I would definitely try typing in the quest text that you can find on the wiki. I'm thinking that faction shouldn't be an issue for this early quest. Now Later centaur quests definitely require some faction work.
