Armor with Proc Effect (combat)

does the proc on that item for monks proc only when we use special skills or also when monks use weapons?

because have noticed that it will not proc on regular attacks, and have only seen insufficient level to command the item message whenever i use special skills. thats when i only have that item on with a proc effect of course.

and how about other slot items? ie. chest, head or any other slots.

can someone clarify this please.

Procs work like this.

Gloves: unarmed strike and monk special skills that use hands (Eagle Strike)
Boots: Kicks, both normal and monk kicks (Round, flying)
BP: Procs when you are hit.
Weapons: When you hit with said weapon, chance of proc.
Any other slots, like head, shouldn't have procs to my knowledge.

I believe that might be the case, but I'm not sure if any shoulders have procs, or if it's coded. *shrug*
