Arennes Pickpocket

He's in the Fish's Ale at night (despawns and respawns each ingame hour, probably to make sure that multiple people could do this quest per night).
I have pickpocketed him with 100 skill from the first try, and I have known someone with 150 skill to fail 3 times.
Failure is painful. Up to 8 times heat (one for each npc in the neighbourhood). It will make you instantly scowling to the guards, and make Arennes kos (he's a level 25ish caster, wizard if I remember correctly)
