are the servers down ?

I am a bit confused , i just would like to know if the servers are down , cause i can log in , but when i get to choose the world , there is nothing in the server list .

just would like to know if it is me or its a problem atm

if only there was some way the staff could notify the players about the servers status when its down

A simple PHP script would do it, and wiz could add it to the forums or main page. Just a solution to those who are two lazy to go into IRC and check.
