Are all Ogres KOS to Grobb?

Having never hurt Grobb faction, what would cause an Ogre to be kos there? Is this how we start? I just rounded up all the heads for the neck and not assuming I was KOS ran in and got wacked. Could someone shed some light?
 
My Ogre Beastlord started out dubious in Grobb, after xping in Stinger's Bog; is now Dubious to Guards and GMs and amiable to all merchants and denizen. So, I would guess there had to be a faction hit you took somewhere; and you missed the message. Did you kill any of the Blackscale Order or maybe had been in a group that killed Blackscale? I dunno, but I'm positive Ogres that haven't changed any factions are not KoS in Grobb.
